WHAT'S INCLUDED

Accommodation

The Fenyoharaszt Kastelyszallo venue in Hungary (click here to see on Google Maps) can accommodate all guests on the day of the wedding (13th June 2025). Foreign guests arriving from outside Hungary also receive an included night's stay the day before (12th June 2025). If this is required, you can indicate this on the RSVP registration form (you must RSVP by 1st November 2024). The check-in time for accessing your room is 3pm, check-out time on June 14th is 11am. Only guests exclusively invited will be provided a bed. Guests will be organised into flats/rooms within the venue based on association. Guests will have access to the on-site spa.

Travel

For foreign guests, minibus transfers between Budapest Airport and the venue will be provided on the 12th and 14th June.

On the 12th, the first transfer will leave from the airport at 2pm to get the first guests there for a 3pm check-in. There will likely be two minibuses on rotation between the airport and the venue to ensure you are picked up within an hour of your arrival. Times will be arranged based on all guests' flight times.

On the 14th, transfers can leave as early as needed to align with flight schedules. The last transfer will leave the venue just after the 11am check-out time. On request, we can provide transfers to the city centre rather than the airport if you are extending your stay beyond the wedding.

Please, get in touch with us once your flights are booked so we can share your flight times with the minibus company. More information will be shared on how to locate the driver at the airport on here and directly with you closer to the date.

- A classic hotel continental on both mornings for those staying at the venue.
Snacks (13th): (Self-Serve Buffet)
- Before the ceremony, a charcuterie board of artisan ham, local cheeses, fresh baguettes, dips, fresh fruit, cheese, scones and more.
Starter (13th): (Soup of Choice Served to Table)
- Ujhazy-style chicken soup.
- Pheasant soup.
Main (13th): (Self-Serve Buffet)
- Venison stew with dumplings.
- Roast zander fillet with wild garlic cream sauce.
- Roast duck leg with steamed red cabbage and onion mash
- Ribs baked in a spicy tomato and cheese chuck ragout with rice and peas.
- Turkey breast stuffed with smoked cheese and bacon with steak fries.
- Smoked pork hock with home-made horse radish sauce.
- Crunchy cornflake chicken thigh fillet.
- Fried zucchini flowers with tartar sauce.
- Fried cheese bites with tartar sauce.
- Cabbage, tomato, and cucumber salad.

- Sausages with mustard, horse radish sauce.

What's Not Included

Flights: Flights to/from Budapest Airport are the only necessity not included. If you are arriving on 12th June the night before, we recommend using Sky Scanner to identify flights that line-up with the included coach transfers mentioned above.
